Product arrived rapidly, didn’t have to pay any extra for customs. There was an question regarding the touch configuration, but the store support wrote quickly with an excellent answer! If you encounter the issue, where the touch input is always on the main screen and not on the dual touch screen, run the following steps: Open “Tablet PC Settings” in the search bar or press [WIN]+R and run shell:::{80F3F1D5-FECA-45F3-BC32-752C152E456E} When the settings open, press the top-right button “Setup” and run the setup procedure. The item is way better than expected. having so much fun trying to understand all different kinds of configurations. I need to ask the seller how to make the top and a bottom screen as one big screen because I am not able to figure it out yet. The only thing I have gripe about is the weight because it is almost 2kg to carry around. other things to note is that it will require an external battery pack to make sure that it is able to turn on if it’s not directly connected to the battery source from the laptop. another feature I would like to see this being an extended monitor for a tablet so I can have three screens for the tablet instead of a duplicate screen. other than that it is a wonderful addition to have for something to travel around with.

The delivery date and time are very fast. I ordered the monitor on 17 Jun 2024 and the monitor was delivered on 22 Jun 2024. My monitor is a touch version, I have tested the dual monitor are working fine with the touch feature. It’s working very well and easy for setting on Windows. But only the plugs are not good, I ordered the UK plug version, and the UK plug comes with 2-legs, not the standard 3-legs. So, I cannot use the adapter with 2-legs that may have a plugging problem. Therefore, I use the type-C-to-type-A or type-C-to-type-C cable to get the power for the monitor.

It comes to too much. I’m using this and that, but the workability is going to be a lot better because of the dual monitors. When I work, I have no choice but to have at least three windows. It’s so comfortable. I have no regrets, especially with the choice of touch screen dual monitors. There is a little bit of regret that the initial setup is explained in more detail.

Excellent product. I was going to purchase the uperfect dual monitor, but I found this more affordable option. After getting more info from this seller I bought this product instead because the specifications are identical to the uperfect version and it is also costs less. The shape is flat so it looks sleeker with a slim, minimal design style. The stand has grips on the bottom to prevent slipping. And the body is aluminum alloy so it feels solid. I can connect this to my mini pc with one cable (USB C 4 with pd + display out) so my setup is simple and clean. I can even mount it to the back of the monitor using the VESA mount holes. This dual monitor is a great addition to my portable workstation. If you’re looking for a portable dual monitor, don’t get the more expensive one that is shown everywhere, buy this model and save yourself some money. The specs are the same (72% NTSC = 100% sRGB). I highly recommend this. I also greatly appreciate the seller for answering my questions

Finally arrived after stuck nearly a month, should inform earlier the price not including Malaysia customs tax, have to pay 25% + handling charges. I choose self collection for immediate use. By the way, the product quality is quite satisfied, rugged metal built and really worth the money. Perfect companion for my Yoga C740 15.6″, just need one cable only from my laptop for power up and data delivery for the display. With refresh rate 59.994 Hz is already just fine for portable work of the display. The seller was quite helpful in handling logistic issues where the delivery was stuck around 3 weeks at 1 place which was really abnormal, maybe due to a custom declaration issue I think. Anyway I really appreciate the seller’s help to ensure the parcel is able to arrive at the customer side, only need to be clear about the tax issuance in certain countries. I recommend the product.
